Every year, the Downingtown Good Neighbor Christmas Committee works very hard to provide a wonderful “Holiday Event” for the Borough of Downingtown.  This event is made possible by the sponsorship of many of our local neighbors and businesses.  However, the funds that we bring in during our Fall fundraising campaign does not allow for the event to grow. Proceeds from a “Nite at the Races” would be the perfect way to raise that extra money.

The Preakness will be available for viewing during our event.

Buy Horses & Event Tickets: All forms and monies need to be in by -  Wednesday, May 10th..  Event tickets–Tickets are $25.00 for the event which includes Pork, rolls, potato salad, chips, cheese tray and desserts.  Beer (from our keg) and soda included.  A cash bar will be available for other beers and drinks.   A limited number of tickets will be available at the door.

Buying Horses – You can purchase a horse or horses for $10.00 each.  Name your horse and stable on the form below.  If your horse wins the race it is entered in, you will win $50.00!  You do not have to attend the event to buy a horse.  If you win, we will see that you get your winnings.
